“I had a friend send this to me on TikTok about August 2020. They sent this to me, thought I would be really interested in it,” Kayleigh Cooper recalled.With that, a vision was born. A TikTok turned into a visit to Oklahoma City to try the nearest bungee fitness class to Northwest Arkansas. Cooper fell in love with the classes, decided to become an instructor herself and took a chance in opening what would be the first studio of its kind in Northwest Arkansas.Cooper calls her bungee fitness studio Elevate Fitness. Participants engage in low-impact exercises that target all muscle groups.”It is a workout. It’s a hard cardio workout. However, you don’t feel that in your joints. People forget that they’re working out,” Cooper said.The classes vary in length and level.
